TOPIC : SUDDEN INTERVENTIONS

TEXT  "And suddenly there was a great earthquake, so
that the foundations of the prison were shaken:
and immediately all the doors were opened, and
everyone’s bands were loosed"(,Acts 16:26)

In Acts 16, Paul and Silas were in prison with
their feet and hands in stocks, while their backs
were bleeding from a beating they had received
earlier for preaching Christ. Without a doubt, they
were uncomfortable and in a lot of pain. While
their situation may have appeared hopeless, they
didn’t complain and question God as to why He allowed them to go through this trying time.
Instead, they chose to worship the Lord in the
middle of their pain, in the middle of their
darkest moment. When all hope seemed lost,
they praised the Lord with joy! Instead of looking
at the chains and prison walls, they saw a God
who is not bound by prison doors! Because of
that, God stepped in with sudden and immediate
intervention. Stop seeing your prison walls today.
Stop seeing your impossibilities and look to a
God who can deliver you from your most trying
situations as you praise Him. Praise Him today
and every day, then see the power of God’s
sudden intervention today

Take your eyes off whatever makes you stop and start celebrating God's faithfulness.

WORD CONFESSION FOR TODAY

I am evidence that Jesus is Christ is alive and at work. Today I declare that I am breaking lose from whatever makes me stop into greater exploits in Jesus name.

*Father God, thank you for your faithfulness in bringing me and family into this new week in Jesus name.
*Father God, as I go out into this day intervene for me in Jesus name.
*Father God, go before me into this day and break down every limitations and hindrances against my progress  in Jesus name.
*Father God, arise on my behalf and perform your strange acts in my life this day in Jesus name.
*Father God,  let any power attempting and intending to hinder the celebration of God's faithfulness be shattered in Jesus name.
*Father God,  let your power come into this situation.......................................and intervene for me in Jesus name
*Father God, give me an unexpected and unusual testimony this day in Jesus name

TOPIC: TURN YOUR BACK ON TEMPTATIONS

TEXT: "My child, if sinners entice you, turn your back on them!"(Proverbs 1:10 NLT).

The reason many people fall into temptation is because they give the source of it access to them. Of course, most temptation starts out subtly and then slowly gains momentum. Some looks completely innocent at the onset, but then grows. This modern-day world with the addition of so many media outlets has more enticements to present than ever. They are almost coming at lightening fast speeds! Some enticements don’t come via the media, but come through people we trust who we wouldn’t expect to be a source of temptation. That is why we have to be in our Bibles and stay on the alert every single day so we are able to discern when sinful persuasions are being presented. While we don’t need to live in fear, we do need to live on guard.

The Bible teaches us to turn our back on enticements from the world regardless of their source (see Prov. 1:10). While we shouldn’t be rude to those who may be presenting worldly or sinful things, we do need to turn our back on what they present. We can do it kindly, but we must be resolute or the devil will keep trying to use that area to find an opening in your heart until he slowly breaks you down. Follow the Lord and stand strong against these enticements. Quickly turn your back on them today!

TOPIC: SEASON OF ACCELERATED HARVEST

TEXT: "Behold, the days come, saith the Lord, that the plowman shall overtake the reaper, and the treader of grapes him that soweth seed…" (Amos 9:13).

Both in the natural and spiritual realms, there are seasons reserved for planting and others for harvesting. Everything on earth is built upon the seed and harvest principle (see Gen. 8:22). Farmers plant seeds for natural harvests while we plant harvests for life through our choices. When it comes to the Kingdom of God, we reap spiritual harvests by sowing “seeds” into the things pertaining to God’s Kingdom. Not all these seeds are financial, but can be seeds of mercy, love, patience, right words, and so on. These seeds have a growth season and then eventually produce a harvest. Yet when it comes to God, spiritual harvests can transcend normal time. While there are established times for when harvests normally come, God can cause supernatural harvests to appear before their expected time. According to Amos 9:13, there is a type of harvest that can come so quickly that the harvest itself is maturing even before the seeds are fully planted.

There are supernatural harvests from God that come into the lives of everyone. Have you ever received a blessing that came quicker than you expected? That is an accelerated or “early” harvest. Know that God has planned some harvests in your life to come sooner than expected. Expect them at any time and know that times for an accelerated harvest is upon you

*Father God, I call my harvest from every nook and cranny of the nation's in Jesus name.
*Father God, let the harvest of heaven go into this month and gather in my harvest in Jesus name
*Father God, let my harvests begin to accelerate into manifestation in Jesus name
*Father God, in this new month do something new in my life in Jesus name
*Father God, in this season of thanksgiving celebration, give and family something new to celebrate in Jesus name.

TEXT: “And Gideon came to Jordan, and passed over, he, and the three hundred men that were with him, faint, yet pursuing them” (Judges 8:4).

God gives everyone a dream for their future. Some are short-term and others are lifelong dreams. Many times the process to realizing those dreams is challenging and takes far longer than anticipated. Perhaps you have become weary in pursuing your dreams. A good biblical example of someone who was weary but kept pursuing was Gideon and his 300-man army. The Bible says his men were “faint, yet pursuing”

(Judg. 8:4).

SELENA GOMEZ SHARES HER TESTIMONY: "I AM A CHILD OF GOD"

Selena Gomez Tearfully Shares her Testimony: 'I'm a Child of God'

Actress and popstar Selena Gomez opened up about her lifelong journey with God at this year's Hillsong Conference in Los Angeles. 

The 25-year-old singer shared her testimony in the form of a letter, which details her life from a child until now. 

"You already have faith but you have no idea what you have faith in," Gomez said of her 15-year-old self. "You are already being pursued by God who knit you together and called you His, but you still don't know that this can be more than a nightly prayer, you don't know that this will become the most important relationship, but just wait."

Gomez admitted life in Hollywood was confusing and painful, until she realized how much God loves her. 

"You will learn that your truest identity is loved and chosen, as the chosen daughter of God," she continued.

"Eight years later, you will be sitting in a service and everything within you will shift. The God that has been pursuing you all along will feel tangible. The Holy Spirit will speak louder than anything that has called for your attention."

Gomez said her faith and her fame grew until finally, she had a real encounter with Jesus just two years ago. 

"On your 23rd birthday, Jesus will become real to you," the Texas native testified. "More than a nightly prayer, more than the strength of your friends, more than the name in a devotional, He will become real."

Gomez's testimony ends with a bold declaration of her faith in Christ 

"Selena, you are enough! Not because you've tried hard, not because you have loved hard or put on your best face, not because you have been given a large platform and not because others tell you 'you are enough,'" she declared. "You are enough because you are a child of God who has been pursued from the very beginning. You are enough because His grace has saved you and covered you."
