TOPIC: COMMANDING THE YEAR ( PART 3 ) - THE FORCE OF COURAGE

TEXT: "Be strong and of good courage,  fear not, nor be afraid of them; For the LORD thy God, He it is that doth go with thee; He will not fail thee nor forsake thee"(Deut.31:6)

It takes a heart of courage to walk with God and accomplish great things in His name. And courage is the mental fortitude to take the required action regardless of the circumstances or sotuation.
When God sent Joshua to divide the land to the twelve tribes of Israel, He told him that courage is a capital requiment to take the promise land. Courage is not a gift, it's an ability that is consciously developed.  Are you feeling frightened by something God has asked you to do? The truth is this everyone that the LORD  has sent to do something significant also was frightened but they acted, and made the move regardless of how daunting the task is. The greatest enemy of courage is inferiority mentality. Its the feeling and a sense of inadequacy that comes when you are faced with a challenging situation.  And inferiority is the mother of fear and timidity and fear paralyzes your creativity and arrest your potentials. In Numbers 23:25-33 Moses sent out twelve spies to view the land ten of them came back with bad reports of how they will not be able to take the land and that they looked like grasshoppers before the Giants in the land but two people (Joshua and Caleb )  had different mind sets. While the rest died in the wilderness only Joshua and Caleb went to take the promise land. Your perception determines your destiny possibilities.  Mentality is what determines detiny.(see Pro 23:7). To develop the attitude of courage you need to know that GOD has sent you, He is behind you, He will never fail you, so you are well able to make your destiny happen this year because we serve a God who is more than able. A wise man said the antelope that has the backing of a lion will confront and elephant. Its time for you to confront and conquer!

ACTION PLAN FOR TODAY
Today take faith based actions in the direction of what God is asking you to do regardless of the circumstances

WORD CONFESSION FOR TODAY
I am an evidence that Jesus Christ is alive and at work. Today I declare that I am not giving up I am not down I declare that I am more than conqueror through Christ that strengthens me. Amen

TOPIC : COMMANDING THE YEAR ( Part 2) - DIVINE STRATEGY

TEXT: "And ye shall compass the city...and the priest shall blow with the trumpets...and all the people shall shout with a great shout"( Joshua 6:3, 4, 5).

In this second part we shall be looking at the DIVINE  STRATEGY as a to for taking delivery of all that you have been promised in the year.
According to Webster Dictionary,  a strategy is a plan of action designed to achieve a long term or overall aim. Simply put a strategy is plan of action, it's something you do about something you want. However I will define divine strategy as 'God's simple solutions to life difficult situations. God is a master strategist, and His strategy if followed will deliver the desired results regardless of the circumstances. In our text the nation Isreal in thier quest to take delivery of the promised land came to Jericho and on getting thier it closed up, no way in or out. So God gave Joshua a strategy by asking them to blow trumpets every day for six days    and also shout on the seventh day. In modern day warfaring ,  the element of surprise is key to disarming  your enemies and winning the battle. But instead God asked them to announce thier arrival by blowing the trumpet, It didn't make sense, (often God doesn't ) trumpets and shouts don't  break thick wall bulldozers do. All the same they did it and the wall of Jericho came tumbling down. Every opposition contesting your position can also give way , and you can take your promised land this year if you let God give you a workable, failure proof plan of action. He that created the seas has also made a way in the seas. He that created and set up this year knows how you can get the best from it. Let Him guide and lead you today.

ACTION PLAN FOR TODAY
Be sensitive in the spirit to the voice or the signal of the Holy Spirit.

WORD CONFESSION FOR TODAY
I am an evidence that Jesus Christ is alive and at work.  I declare today that heart is connected and fully yielded to the Holy Spirit,  my life is guided and my steps are ordered into the fullness of God's blessing in Jesus name. Amen

TOPIC : COMMANDING THE YEAR (part  1)

TEXT: "Blessed be the  Lord who daily loadeth with benefits, even the God of our salvation " (Psalm 68: 11)

God has loaded this year with His goodness,  mercy and blessing for you. Every day of this year is pregnant and under a divine mandate and pressure to release the best of all that The Lord has to offer. But we have the responsibility to take delivery of what God has made possible unto us. If we must command the year to deliver all that God has promised us, we need to STAY CONNECTED Him - The source of life and all the good things of life ( see James 1:17). Your connection to God is what will determine your collections from Him. Remember a river that despises it's source will run dry. How do stay connected so as to we guarantee unending supplies this year?  (1)Stay connected to God in unconditional loving relationship. God's love provokes the release of God's best gifts (see John 3:16)

(2) Stay connected to God in service with all your heart. Until you are useful to God you can't be fruitful in life. Get involved in the service of God in the local church and watch Him bless every area of your life (see Exodus 23: 25).

(3 ) Stay connected to God in instant and dedicated obedience. Obedience is the pathway to prosperity(see Job 36:11). Don't negotiate your bkessing away. Over analysis is the reason for destiny paralysis, whatever He tells you to do, do it (see John 2:5). Whenever you obey Him you create a season of God ordering your steps into all He has laid up for you in the new year.  So stay connected!

ACTION PLAN FOR TODAY
If you notice that heaven is not answering to you simply check your connection.

WORD CONFESSION FOR TODAY
I am an evidence that Jesus Christ is alive and at work.  I declare today that I am of God and I belong to God, I declare today because I am connected to God, I am connected to all that He has promised me this day and this year in Jesus Mighty name.  Amen

PRAYER POINTS
*Father God, I thank you for this great and wonderful day in Jesus name.

*Father God, thank you for all you have loaded into this year for me and my family in Jesus name

*Father God, I recieve grace to love you more and more in Jesus name

TOPIC: LIFE'S GREATEST DISCOVERY

TEXT: "I know where I came from and where I am going"(John 8:14AMP)

One of life's greatest discoveries is the discovery of who you are in Christ. And unless you understand who you are before God, Satan will sentence you to a life of worthlessness, fear and manipulation. Identifying someone means having the ability to recognise and say exactly who they are; so when you identify with what people say you are versus what God says, you are setting yourself up for problems. Jesus identified with God's opinion. "I know where I came from and where I am going'. People said terrible things about Jesus, yet the Bible says, 'The stone...the builders rejected has become the cornerstone' (Psalm 118:22). Sometimes we are so busy telling people what to do, that we neglect to tell them who they are. Knowing who you are in Christ gives you the confidence to hold your head high! Paul says 'in Christ you have been made complete'(Colosian 2:10). 'Complete!' That means you lack nothing! Once you accept that, you stop feeling constantly fall short. When you have money in the bank, and you need to withdraw it, you dont feel pressured to. That's because you know its there with your name on it, right? You dont have to struggle to be right with people when you know you are right with God. He loves you and has plan for you; never lose sight of that! Instead of focusing on people, begin looking to 'Jesus, the Author and finisher of your faith'(Heb12:2), because you have His approval! And before Him you are worth a whole lot.

ACTION PLAN FOR TODAY

Constantly look at yourself in the mirror of God's word and believe everything you see

WORD CONFESSION FOR TODAY
I am an evidence that Jesus Christ is alive and at work. I declare today that I am an express image of the invisible God, I am the manifestation of God's love, peace, joy and glory to my world. Amen

TOPIC:  GOD'S  AGENT OF  GLORY

TEXT: "And I will give you pastors according to mine
heart, which shall feed you with knowledge and
understanding" (Jeremiah 3:15).

The prophet Jeremiah spoke of a wave of
leaders coming who would have God’s heart. He follows up in Jeremiah 3:16 by talking about a season of multiplication and increase. The rise
of quality leaders in the church always connects us to increase, multiplication,  fulfilment  and revival. Without them, God’s people get off course. We see this in Judges 5:6-7. The Bible says that it was time when the people were experiencing
decrease and apparent recession. They got off
the main road, which is a picture of people who are off course. Yet Deborah rises up, declaring that these things happened until she arose as a leader in Israel. When she took her God-given place, the people got back on track and their depressed conditions ceased. God is looking to send a fresh wave of revival, and it will take godly and anointed leaders to help facilitate it and keep it on course. Pray for godly leaders to arise. Ask God to anoint and appoint His vessels who shall have the character and stamina to lead God’s people. It’s time for a new wave of glory.

ACTION PLAN FOR TODAY
Today take time to pray for the spiritual leaders that God has set over you

WORD CONFESSION
I am an evidence that Jesus Christ is alive and at work.
This day I connect to the anointing on your servants. So I begin to walk in a new wave of glory, I connect to the fire of the Holy Spirit for revival in Jesus name.

TOPIC:  THE PROPHETIC HELPING HAND

TEXT: “…And they prospered through the prophesying of Haggai the prophet and Zechariah the son of Iddo. And they builded, and finished it…” (Ezra 6:14).

Prophecy is the mother of events. God cannot do nothing except those things that He has declared in His word through His servants that He would do. Therefore every destiny fulfillment is midwifed, sustained and perfected by the prophetic. It’s God’s power for divine prosperity.

Under the captivity of Babylon, rebuilding the temple was no easy undertaking. There were many roadblocks, but God saw them through to the end of the projects. While there were many things God did to prosper their project, one key method He used could easily be overlooked, but the Bible makes it very clear. God used prophecy to prosper them. Not only did they take an original word from the prophets, but as the prophets continued to prophesy and the people held onto their prophecies, they were prospered in building, and the Bible says it was the very thing that enabled them to finish the work. First Timothy says, “Timothy, my son, I am giving you this command in keeping with the prophecies once made about you, so that by recalling them you may fight the battle well” (1 Tim. 1:18 NIV).

Think today of prophecies you have received. These can be either personal prophecies spoken specifically over you, or they can be prophecies spoken to a larger audience which you can add faith to and make your own. Either way, war with these prophecies and use them today to prosper your life and help you complete your race! And arrive at your God given destiny

ACTION PLAN FOR TODAY
Take a hold of the prophetic word spoken over your life and believe the Lord for their fulfilments in your life

WORD CONFESSION

I am evidence that Jesus Christ is alive and at work. I declare this day that my prophetic destiny shall be fulfilled. None of the words spoken over amy life shall fail. I receive the grace for speedy fulfillment in Jesus name.

PRAYER POINTS

TOPIC: DOMINION THROUGH BOLDNESS

TEXT: “The wicked flee when no man pursueth: but the righteous are bold as a lion” (Proverbs 28:1).

The lion is a symbol of dominion because of its boldness. In the same vein the righteous become indomitable when you begin to excercise your boldness in given circumstances.

The truth is tbe anointing of God is attracted to boldness. And without Boldness you cannot take hold of those things God has promised you, neither can you live the life of dominion that is expected from you. Boldness is not obnoxious, rude behavior. It is confidence that knows what God will do in adverse situations. According to Proverbs 28:1, the wicked don’t have that confidence. When trouble comes into their lives, they are unsure of the outcome. They don’t know if they will live or die or if they will keep or lose everything. Their lives hang in the balance. We shouldn’t live in that kind of uncertainty because we trust in what God has said He will do in dire situations. When the early apostles were under severe attack in Acts 4, they got together and prayed. Instead of being intimidated, they prayed for even more boldness! Acts 4:29 says, “Lord, behold their threatening: and grant unto thy servants, that with all boldness they may speak thy word.” In the verses to follow, the power on their lives got even stronger and even more miracles took place. If you will take a bold stand for what you believe,  the Lord will send you the help you need.  So prepare yourself for it and ask the Lord for more boldness, just like the apostles did. Then expect holy boldness to rise up and begin to walk in new realms of dominion

ACTION PLAN FOR TODAY
Boldness requires that you take steps in the direction of what of what you are afraid of. If you are afraid of height try travelling by air etc.

WORD CONFESSION FOR TODAY
I am an evidence that Jesus is alive and at work. I declare that I am as bold as a lion. I will not back down, I will not give up, I am advancing forcefully toward the achievement of my goals in Jesus name

PRAYER POINTS

*Father God, thank you for your faithfulness and mercy over my life and family in Jesus name

*Father God, I reject the spirit of fear and timidity in Jesus name

*Father God, fill me with the spirit of boldness to lay hold of my blessing in Jesus name

*Father God, I subdue every spirit of harassments and intimidation at work against me in Jesus name

*Father God, give me access into unusual realms in the spirit in Jesus name
