TOPIC: GOD IS WATCHING OVER YOU

TEXT: "But the eye of their God was upon the elders of the Jews, that they could not cause them to cease…" (Ezra 5:5).

Starting and finishing a project can really be very tasking especially when you are surrounded by those who have selfish and vested interest in the same. It’s same reason why many laudable government projects and policies don’t get to work in many developing African states. The fights what he fears. The battle is always over what you could become. But regardless God is watching you and over your nation to honur His word.

When Israel began the rebuilding of the temple while under the control of Babylonian rule, they had many people who didn't feel they should be allowed to do it. These objectors complained that the Israelites didn’t have the proper authority. They created problems and tried very hard to wear them out. Yet in spite of it all, they could
not cause the project to cease. In fact, the Bible says not only did the project get completed, it did so with rapid progress (see Ezra 5:8). That is because God was watching over it.

As you serve the Lord, His eye will be upon your efforts. Even those who are in disagreement with your work cannot stop you. The secular world has tried every which way to stop the Gospel from going forth, but it continues to grow and prosper. You cannot fight against that which God endorses and defends. Sure, it may look like the attacks are great and there are moments of seeming defeat, but in the end the work of God will prosper.

Be confident that whatever projects or work-related endeavors you are doing for the Lord today  shall succeed. Don’t worry about the disruptions today, because His eye is upon you.

WORD CONFESSION
i declare today that the eyes of the Lord are upon my life, so i go into this day with strength and the favour of the Lord. The Lord is with me like a mighty warrior, i will not fear what any man can do unto me. the lines are falling unto in pleasant places today in Jesus name.

*Father thank you for your faithfulness and love over my life and family this new day
*Lord thank you for watching over my work and destiny in Jesus name
*O Lord let the people with the spirit of Samballat and Tobias working against my progress be scattered in Jesus name
*O Lord, let your countenance of favour rest upon my work in Jesus name
*O Lord remove the authority and power from anyone that the enemy is using to to trouble me in Jesus name
*Father let my destiny detractors and delayers working against my career be relocated by fire in Jesus name.
*O Lord make room for me to prosper without measure in Jesus name
