TOPIC: ANOINTED FOR RESULTS

TEXT: How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him (Acts 10:38).

The Anointing is God's divine enabler for accomplishing a task. It's also the highest form of the blessing that anyone can carry. (see Gal. 3:14). To be anointed means to be smeared or rubbed with oil. The oil is a symbol of the Holy Spirit. When the Bible says that Jesus was anointed, it means He carried upon Him the person of the Holy Spirit. He had the Spirit without measure (John 3:34 ). By the power of the Spirit, He manifested the blessing and brought solutions to the people around Him and wherever He went.

Exodus 33:11 says Moses met God face to face. It wasn’t that he literally saw God’s face, because God tells him that no one can see it and live (see Exod. 33:20). It means Moses was communing directly in God’s presence. You would think this was the highest possible encounter one could have with God. However, it must not have been, because later Moses begs God to reveal His glory to him (see Exod. 33:18). Why did he act as though something was still missing? Unlike us, Moses had not experienced the glory within him. When he left the tabernacle where God was, he didn’t have the same presence there with him. In addition to the glory without, we who are in Christ experience the glory within everywhere we go!  And by the glory of this anointing we should bring solutions to our generation. Moses would have dreamed to know what that was like. It’s what Jesus communicated to the woman at the well in John 4:21-23. It wasn’t about going to a particular location to meet God, but rather having God in you and upon you everywhere you go. Jesus had that glory and anointing everywhere He went, and it caused the oppressed to go free.
                                                                                    
Because Jesus lives in you, you are anointed without and within. That same glory and power goes everywhere you do! As you go into the day, spread the glory of that anointing and manifest God’s blessing.and get your desired results.

ACTION PLAN FOR TODAY
Walk in the consciousness of that divine presence on your life today

WORD CONFESSION
I declare that the Spirit of the living God is actively at work within and upon my life. This day I spread the fragrance of that anointing wherever I go. God’s blessing is manifesting through me. I bring to naught every works of the enemy around me, and I attract the people that matter to the fulfillment of my destiny in Jesus name.

TOPIC: SECURING DIVINE HELP THROUGH PRAISE

TEXT: "....I will praise you more and more..."(Psalm71:14NLT)

Don't limit yourself to worshipping God in Church. Be like the psalmist: 'I will bless the Lord at all times...'(Psalm34:1). When you don't feel like praising God but you do it because you want to please Him, that called the sacrifice of praise. And when praise becomes a lifestyle it has a domino effect (that's where one change causes another, which in turn causes another). Praise connects you to God's supernatural help.: When you tell God how wonderful He is, how much you love him and want to spend time with Him, you are likely to find your mate telling you how wonderful you are, how much they love and enjoy being around you. Over time your family and friends begin to feel the effect. On the other hand, when you withhold from God the praise He deserves, you deprive yourself of what you need in your life. David said '...Magnify the Lord with me...let us exalt his name together' (Psalm34:3). God inhabits (occupies, sets up house in). The praise of His people(Psalm22:3NKJV).
When you tell Him, 'you are wonderful, there is no problem you can't solve and no need you can't meet. I am casting all my cares on you. I know you love me and I'm not going to give in to depression and defeat. I'm trusting you to conquer my enemies, break down the doors that are locked against me and give me victory, 'God sends Angels to fight and win the battle on your behalf (Heb1:14). He did when King Jehoshaphat praised Him- God set an ambush and destroyed his enemies.(2Chro. 20:22).  No wonder David said "....I will praise you more and more. (Psalm 71:14). It works! Isn't it time you started thinking along the same line?

Give God the raise He needs and He will give you the help you need.

WORD CONFESSION FOR TODAY

I am an evidence that Jesus Christ is alive and at work. Today declare that the praises of God shall continually be in my mouth in Jesus name. Amen!

TOPIC: RELEASING THE POWER IN HIS WORD

TEXT:  “So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it (Isaiah 55:11).

God is constantly speaking and it’s always target specific and when He speaks, it’s the final authority on any matter. We have to take hold of that like we really mean it because circumstances will constantly try to be in opposition to God’s Word.

Sickness will try to arise when God’s Word promises healing. Poverty and lack will try to settle in when God promises abundance. Rejection and fear will try to overtake God’s promises of acceptance and faith. Often, negative circumstance will try to speak to your mind and can be unrelenting! Therefore, we need to keep God’s Word fresh in our hearts. Instead of just quoting a Scripture you have memorized, open your Bible and get that word deep into your heart afresh. Read it to yourself and read it aloud. Say it over and over and “chew on it” in your mind. Think about what it means to you and thank God that it’s true. If you keep staying with it, eventually that Word will drop into your heart in the form of faith and it will overtake your circumstances. God’s word has been sent to prosper you and bring you into success in any field of endeavor.  His Word will never fail and will accomplish what He sent it to do!

TOPIC: THE SPIRIT CONTROLLED MIND

TEXT:  “But the comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you” (John 14:26).

Your mind is the seat of your emotion, will and intellect. It’s the central processing unit of your life. Whoever is in control of your mind is in control of your life, this is the reason the battle has never been more fierce as regarding who takes charge of that mind. While God wants to influence our lives by using the Holy Spirit to bring the word into our heats, the devil on the other hand is always attacking your ivory tower with fiery darts      ( See Ephesian 6:16) of fear doubts, emotional traumas, and confusion but to mention a few.

It’s also on record medically that diseases such as  Alzheimer’s and dementia directly affect the mind. Winning this battle requires that we reverse that trend by declaring that our minds and souls are blessed by the Holy Spirit. Sometimes people joke about being forgetful and say things in jest like, “I think I am losing it,” or, “Am I crazy?” Sometimes we joke about it being our age. While people mean it in good fun, we don’t want to be forming a mind-set because of our constant jest in this area. Even serious talk of memory loss can form a mind-set in your heart that you are a forgetful individual. That is because you begin to believe what you say about yourself. In some cases, people are dealing with real memory loss issues and they need God to heal them. John 14:26 teaches us that the Holy Spirit will cause our minds to remember what Jesus has told us in His Word. If He can recall the Scripture to our memory, then we can expect the Holy Spirit to influence our hearts in other areas.

Let God take a hold of your mind today. call your mind blessed and declare over your life that your mind will always operate under the authority and control of the Holy Spirit.

ACTION PLAN FOR TODAY
Give the control of your mind to the Holy Spirit by meditating on the word of God. Take a verse of scripture and think about it all day long.

TOPIC: HELP FOR A NEW START

TEXT: “Remember not the former things; neither consider the things of old. Behold I do a new thing…I will even make a way…”(Isaiah 43:418-19).

There are things that helps you get a new start in any area of your life:

1)      Remember not the former things: the past is the enemy of the present and the future. God is not as interested in your past as He does in your present and future. He says “I am He who blots out your transgressions and remembers your sins no more” (Isa. 43:25). There are things in your past the enemy will want to bring up and grad you into the pit of depressions and regrets, he will resurrect old memories and rearrange old pictures in an attempt to discourage you. And if God says I don’t remember them He wants you to do the same.

2)     Be on the lookout for new things God will do: Look away from the darkness, the disappointments and the gloom of the past and focus on the new things that God is bringing to pass in your life. Focus on today will help expect and lay hold of the miracles that God is about making to happen in your life in the now. Dr. Oral Roberts said “Miracles are coming to you and going pass you every day”. And you only get it when you are on the lookout for it.

3)     God will make a way: God knows the best way to bring what you want to you. He once made a way through the red sea, gives beauty for ashes; He knows how to make past disappointments to work out for His own glory. This is exactly what Jesus was born to do for you and me! Expect God to start something new in your life  today!

TOPIC: TURNING FATIGUE TO ENERGY
                                                           
TEXT: He giveth power to the faint; and to them that have no might he increaseth strength (Isaiah 40:29).

Stress and fatigue can be a big part of our lives. Physical and spiritual burn outs are common place among many believers today. It’s important we know how to deal with it. If multitudes of people didn’t deal with fatigue and reoccurring tiredness, the beverage market wouldn’t be filled with caffeine and sugar-laced drinks to give us that age-old, much-appreciated “kick.” Most people probably have experienced the afternoon slump, so we call it, while others deal with a more serious version of fatigue.

If you
are dealing with ongoing fatigue, it is important to make sure first that you are doing the right things necessary for a healthy lifestyle. However, many people even with the best habits experience some occasions of feeling unexplainable bouts of tiredness. The funny thing is we have more modern conveniences than ever in order to make life easier, but in reality it seems like it’s just created more to do! At the fast pace most people run at, we need the Spirit of the Lord to renew our energy.

There is a provision from God for turning fatigue into energy. Isaiah 40:29 says He gives power to the faint. This means that on those days when you feel exhausted, the Lord will give you the physical and emotional stamina to do things you didn’t think you could have otherwise. He will take what little energy you do have and cause it to multiply.  Sometimes, because we don’t feel energized, we talk about tiredness too often. Start talking about God strengthening you today and turning your fatigue into brand-new energy!

ACTION PLAN FOR TODAY
Whenever you feel weak, act in faith defiance of that feeling and you will feel the strength of God take over.

I am an evidence that Jesus is alive and at work. I declare that I go from strength to strength, I mount up with wings as eagles, I will run and not be weary, I walk and will not faint in Jesus name

TOPIC: GET FREE FROM HURTS

TEXT: Love…takes no account of the evil done to it [it pays no attention to a suffered wrong]
(1Corinthians 13:5 AMP).

Dr. Kenneth Copeland said “Strife will destroy the root of your increase”.  Often when people hurt us, we develop subconscious mental lists of their faults.

Most of the time, we don’t deliberately formulate these lists, but when someone mentions that person’s name an entire host of hurtful memories suddenly resurfaces. When First Corinthians 13:5 says that love doesn’t take account of the hurtful things done to it, it is saying that love doesn’t keep lists of the faults of others. Of course, the devil will always make sure there are plenty of people available to hurt you, especially in the areas where you are the weakest. This makes it even harder to tear up those lists and the hurt keeps resurfacing. Eventually, if we are not careful we form our future outlook and actions based on some of the hurts from these lists without even realizing it. The only way to be free is to tear up your lists. Perhaps you may even consider creating a literal list of those who hurt you. Declare that you forgive them, then finish by actually tearing up the list. If we don’t tear up these lists, whether literally or figuratively, they will always have the power to come back and hurt us. Ask the Holy Spirit to help you tear up your lists today so you can be free!

Get free from hurt by refusing to keep scores with those that have hurt you.

TOPIC: KEYS TO SUPERNATURAL ENCOUNTERS

TEXT: “Your faith has healed you…” (Luke 8:48)

Faith can manifest everything the Lord has promised in your life. The Bible told us the story of a woman who has been subjected to bleeding for twelve years. When she heard of Jesus, she came by faith and touched the tip edge of Jesus’ cloth and by that encounter her health was restored. “Who touched me?’ Jesus asked. When all denied it Peter said “the people are pressing and crowding you... but Jesus said “someone touched me I know that power has gone out of me’ then the woman seeing she couldn’t go unnoticed came trembling and told. And told why she touched him and how she was instantly healed. Then he said to her ok “daughter, your faith has healed you. Go in peace” (Luk.8:48).

Notice three important keys for supernatural encounters  by faith in this story:

1) She did something she has never done before: After trying all the medical experts of that time without success, she decided to try Jesus. She made her move towards Him. Faith for restoration works when we step into the unknown and the untried, finding God’s grace at work in most unexpected ways.

2) She recognized her moment: she knew that Jesus was visiting her town and might not be back. There are God’s moments in life when you have got to overcome your fears and biases and move out in faith. If you don’t you miss them.

3) She opens the door to others: your testimony of supernatural encounters will open doors to others. Up until that time nobody has ever heard that someone got healed when they touched the tip of Jesus’s garment. “People brought all their sick to Him and begged Him to let the sick touch the edge of His cloak and all who touched Him were healed.”(Matt. 14:35, 36).

God is looking for people who are willing to break with tradition. When He finds them, He gives them a miracle and uses them to open the doors and new dimension of His power so that others might be blessed and made whole.

TOPIC: INVOKING THE BLESSING

TEXT:  "He who invokes the blessing on himself shall do so by saying. May the God of truth…bless me”(Isa.65:16)

From the above scripture you can invoke  blessing yourself by what you say. The Bible actually says ‘he who bless himself should say; “may the God of truth bless me because the former troubles are forgotten”.

There are two important revelations in this scripture (1) Your own words have more power to affect you more than anybody else’s. Ultimately it’s not what others say that counts; it what you say to yourself after they get through talking! You always have the last word. (2) You will never enjoy what has for you in the future while you are living in the past; to enter into the promise the land you must leave Egypt and the wilderness, so come into agreement with God and begin to say what He says about you. This a serious matter. What you since you get up in the morning until you go to bed at night not only influence your day but it also influences your entire outlook and the direction of your life. If you have been praying and asking God for specific answers, you can affect the outcome by making sure what you say lines up with what God is saying about your situation in other words get in harmony with God.

Your body is God’s temple so be careful what comes out of your mouth (1Cor.3:16). Fault finding and negativity tear down, but scripturally based, faith filled words opens the door for God’s blessing. That’s why Paul writes; “Let no worthless talk(ever) come out of your mouth but only such as are beneficial” (Eph.4:29amp). Therefore before you open your mouth to say something, ask ‘Is this beneficial, will this bless my life? So let’s keep talking the blessing this week.

TOPIC: FORCEFUL ADVANCEMENTS

TEXT: “The Lord shall fight for you, and ye shall hold your peace. And the Lord said unto Moses, Wherefore criest thou unto me? Speak unto the children of Israel, that they go forward: but lift thou up thy rod, and stretch out thine hand over the sea, and divide it: and the children of Israel shall go on dry ground through the midst of the sea” (Exodus 14:14-16).

Our God is a fighter and He always uses simple strategies to win great battles. In our text, Israel was confronted with a challenge that stagnated their faith; they were hedged in between what one can call ‘the devil and bloody red sea’. With nowhere to go Moses cried to the Lord and He told Moses to divide the sea using the rod in his hand. There is something the Lord will want you to do to surmount the odds against your advancement in life.

Many years ago, there was a point in our lives that it seemed like there was one storm after another. I am sure every believer can say “ditto” to that! We felt like we were in a tornado with only moments of relief. Our pastor back then gave us some simple but incredible wisdom. He said, “Though there are many storms, there is only one devil.” That really took the magnitude out of our problems. The devil was behind all of it and we needed to use our authority and keep pressing forward. Sometimes, our tendency is to retreat or beg God. In the Scripture above, the Lord told Moses, “Why are you crying to Me? Use your rod, Moses, and go forward!” God knew He had put authority in Moses’ rod! We have been given our rod of authority through Jesus’ Name. Ephesians 2:6 says we are seated with Christ in heavenly places, far above all evil powers and might. So don’t retreat from the devil today, just raise your rod of authority and move forward! What the enemy wants to use to keep you down the Lord will use it to lift you up. Rise up and say like the great adventurers 'And today we sail on'. You will get there!

TOPIC: TURNING YOUR PAIN TO PRAISE

TEXT:  "God granted him his request…” (1 Chro.4:10)

The name Jabez means ‘a cause of pain’ but it was a label he refused to wear and a prophecy he refused to fulfill. And you should too. Just because someone calls you a failure doesn’t make it so. The Bible says you were in God’s mind before you were in your mother’s womb (Psalm 139:13-15).

So who are you going to believe? Jabez wouldn’t let his beginning dictate his end. He refused to allow his family to put him down and his barriers to keep him in so he prayed thus: “O that thou would bless me and enlarge my territory! Let your hand be with me and keep from harm and God granted him his request. God has told us it’s our year of breaking forth. That means we need to break out and become boundry crossers! Instead of settling for less, let us start believing for more. More of God’s wisdom, more strength, more victory, more prosperity, more favour, more character, and much more!  The story of Jabez started with pain but ended in praise because God granted him his heart desire. If God granted Jabez his request I believe He will not deny you. Get ready for good days ahead!

TOPIC: DIVINE APPROVAL

TEXT:.  "We have been approved by God" (1 Thessalonia 2:4).

Living in the approval of God is so liberating! It frees you from approval addiction, worrying about what others think. When you are addicted, no matter how much of your drug of choice you never get enough of it. And like all junkies, you go crazy when the drug is withheld. Approval addicts are always at the mercy of other people's opinion. As a result their lives become an emotional roller coaster of highs and lows. Paul was free to speak the truth in love to confront people, or be gentle with them. When someone told Paul they didn't like him, he didn't lose sleep over it. That's because his life wasn't built on their approval. 'We have been aprroved by God'. Paul didn't go around needing to (a) compare himself with others (b) demostrate his superiority (c) impress or compete with others (d) be the top do or the one that's always in charge.
Living in God's approval set him free from such ulcer inducing anxiety amd meant he could enjoy the life God called him to live. When we are young and insecure we tend to worry about what others thinks of us. But as we become more mature, we realise that most of the time they weren't thinking about us at all. They were too busy worrying about what we thought of them!
Living in God's approval frees us from all that stress. It gives us the strength to deal with critism and conflict, because we know our indentity. And our identity is this: we are God's redeemed children. And since we are accepted and approved by Him, nothing else matters!

Today walk in the confidence that you have been approved by God

TOPIC: OVERCOMING BAD DREAMS

TEXT: "Do not be afraid of sudden terror, nor of trouble from the wicked when it comes"(Proverbs 3:25)

All of us have had one bad dream or the other, perhaps we are falling from a high building, fleeing from from masquerades or hideous creatures, or worse seeing dead relatives in our dreams. The fears that some of these dreams create can be overwhelming. The fact is, the name of Jesus has freed us from every form of fear.
We read in John 6 that Jesus' disciples were afraid when in the dimness of the nightfall they saw a strange figure walking on the stormy sea of Galilee. But the mysterious figure was not part of the bad dream--He was real. Matthew reports that they " cried out for fear"(14:26). Then the disciples heard a familiar voice: "It is I; do not be afraid"(John 6:20). It was Jesus. Their fears were calmed, as well as the sea.
The saviour speaks the same assurance to us today amid the many fears in our christian journey. Solomon said"The name of the Lord is strong tower; the righteous run into it and they are safe" (Proverbs 18:20).
Fears will come, but we are assured that Jesus is always the a light in the darkness.
You need not fear the darkness, if you are walking with the light of the world.

Cancel every bad dream with the blood of Jesus Christ

TOPIC:  PAYBACK BLESSING

TEXT:   "For your shame ye shall have double; and for
confusion they shall rejoice in their portion:
therefore in their land they shall possess the
double: everlasting joy shall be unto them" (Isaiah
61:7).

God always gives back to us when we give to Him. This becomes even more powerful when we give to God from a place of great sacrifice.

Sometimes the sacrifice is being ridiculed by family and friends for what you believe, but God will stand up for you. He won’t let you be accused or mistreated for serving Him without bringing a payback blessing into your life, and those blessings come with a double price tag attached to them! God pays double when we are willing to be shamed for following His ways. God considers your work for His Kingdom important, and while we do it
joyfully with gratitude God does see how much effort you put into it. While we don’t arrogantly expect payback from God because He has already given us everything, we know God is a giver. He first gave Jesus, and then we give back to Him through our love and heart of unconditional service. For that service, God then gives to us again, and the cycle keeps going! His promise is that you will not suffer shame without possessing a double blessing in your life. So get ready, the double blessing is coming your way.

TOPIC: SECURING HELP AGAINST TEMPTATIONS

TEXT: “He is able to help us when we are being tempted” (Heb.2:18)

We all face one adverse situation or the other at certain seasons of our live. Regardless of what we are going through the Lord’s eyes are upon us and His power is available to strengthen us. If you are facing temptations of any type today below are seven scriptures that will fortify you:

(1)   “The temptations that come into your life are no different from what others experience. And God is faithful. He will not allow the temptation to be more than you can stand. When you are tempted, he will show you the way out so you can endure” (1Cor.10:13NLT). So wait and let God show you the way out!
(2)  “I give unto you power…over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you (Luk.10:13). You are more capable than you think! You have the power for ultimate victory
(3)  “The God of peace will soon crush satan under your feet…the grace (Strength and enablement) of the Lord Jesus be with you” (Rom.16:20NLT). Tap into the grace of God
(4)  “Use every piece of God’s armour so you will be able to resist the enemy in the time of evil; so that after the battle you will be standing firm (Eph.6:13NLT).
(5)  “Don’t be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed; for I am your God, I will strengthen you. I will help you. I will hold you up with my victorious right hand” (Isa.41:10NLT). Hold on never give up on your faith.
(6)  “The high priest of ours understands our weakness, for He faced all of the same temptations we do, yet he did not sin. So let us come boldly to the throne of our gracious God. There we will receive his mercy, and we will find grace to help us when we need it”(Heb.4:15,16NLT). Let go and let God. Give Him your struggles and He will give you His peace
(7)  “The Lord knows how to rescue godly people from their trial”(2Pet.2:9). Sheep are wise; when the wolf comes they just move closer to the shepherd. The same goes for you. Move close to God!

TOPIC: DEVELOP YOUR SKILL

TEXT: “Do you see a man skillful in His work? He will stand  before kings…

The cornerstone of success is skillfulness. Skill is the ability to do something well. And it comes by study, practice and hard work. Second best is unacceptable. Skillfulness puts you in hot demand, you don’t take back seat for anyone (Pro.22:25). Contrary to believes, skillfulness isn’t genetic, you don’t inherit it, you work hard for it, you burn the mid-night oil, you stretch yourself to your limits and refuse to settle for mediocrity. When you watch a skilled craftsman, your esteem rises at their attention to details, refusal to cut corners, patience, dedication and pride of production. Such people inspire confidence, respect and trust.

Genuine Christianity is showcased by been skilled worker for God when you speak people listen. If you go to town you see people with gifts but lack the necessary skill to use the gift so they push out shoddy, second rated products. At the end they don’t excel and their voices not heard.
Whatever your work, do it in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the father through him (Col.3:17). As a representative of Christ we should be an epitome of excellence in the things we do. Knowing that we follow Christ, we should give employers and customers’ confidence they will get nothing but the best. The skillful person can’t lose, because God promises that their work will eventually attract attention of people who will promote and reward them. “do you see a man skilled in his work? he will stand before kings” where you stand among men is a product of the skills you possess. You might start in a corner but you will end up on the global stage. You might start at the bottom of the ladder but your destination is higher up.
