TOPIC:BUILDING  MOMENTUM FOR EXPLOITS

TEXT:   "Now the just shall live by faith: but if any man draw back, my soul shall have no pleasure in him"
(Hebrews 10:38).

Momentum is defined as the strength of force gained by motion or through the development of events. In other words, from the day you started to pray and believe God for that miracle something has been set in motion in the spirit.

 For that miracle to crystallize in the physical, you have got to keep on believing.  The reason many people never experience the full blessing of the Lord and lose out at the turning point of their destiny is because they don’t keep pressing into it in spite of resistance. This world is all about resistance. You can’t come into success without some hurdles. Thinking of the how airplanes fly, by the law of gravity e metal should not be able to fly ,  there is a force that keeps it om the ground. But for a jet to get off the ground the level of thrust has to be stronger than the power of gravity. The plane has to push hard to get off the ground before it can ever reach its cruising altitude. For many of us, that push off the ground is the time when we want to call it quits. It seems like the time to change occupations, give up on school, move to a new town, or quit tithing. It seems like the time to quit standing in faith for our answer to prayer. Perhaps we don’t need to change any of those things; we just need to stay the course until the momentum kicks in. God will add momentum to our faith, but too many times we draw back before that happens. It’s what happened to Israel in the wilderness. They quit pressing into the Promised Land when it looked like their basic necessities were in jeopardy. Don’t draw back even though the resistance may be fierce. God will help you obtain the promise today!

I am an evidence that Jesus Christ is alive and at work. I declare this day that I am not of them that draw back. The grace of more than a conqueror is at work in my life. I receive new wings of faith and I mount up to new heights of glory in Jesus name

TOPIC: THE SECRET TO FINANCIAL EXPLOITS

Text:   "As it is written, He [the benevolent person]
scatters abroad; He gives to the poor; His deeds
of justice and goodness and kindness and
benevolence will go on and endure forever!"
(2 Corinthians 9:9 AMP)

Giving is the key secret to financial exploits. God want to get money you but cannot do so until you begin to obey Him as far as giving is concerned (see Luke 6:38).
The verse in our main text  uses a key word regarding
financial giving. The word is scatters. Farmers know that they stand a better chance at reaping a productive harvest when they have a lot of seed in the ground as opposed to just a little. There is a difference between planting a few seeds and scattering seeds. Scattering speaks of
planting in lots of places. It is ongoing planting, not just occasional. Throughout Second Corinthians 9, Paul teaches the principle that in order to be furnished with financial abundance you must not just plant seed, you must scatter seed (see 2 Cor. 9:9 AMP). You must be in the habit of giving of your finances for the Gospel all
the time. The end result is that your seed will go
on forever. In other words, the harvest that comes from your practice
of “scattering” becomes so large that it can’t help but be ongoing! That is what the Bible means when it says the plowman will overtake the reaper (see Amos 9:13). The harvest becomes so plentiful that you can barely get more seed in the ground before a new crop is coming in!
Look for places to keep scattering your financial seed. In fact, sow a seed somewhere today!
Before long, your continual sowing will become continual reaping!

ACTION PLAN FOR TODAY
A seed's power to become a harvest is when you sow it. Sow that seed and expect your harvest today

WORD CONFESSION FOR TODAY
I am an evidence that Jesus Christ is alive and at work. I declare today that I spent my days in prosperity and my years in pleasure in Jesus name.

TOPIC:  KEEP CELEBRATING JESUS

TEXT: "All the earth shall worship you and sing praises to you"( Psalm 66:4)

At a Church concert, the teenage choirs sang "keep travelling'. Keep on..." They just sung the first five words of the evening concert when The Power Holding Company struck and everything went dark. All power was gone.
Though electric power was gone, but the true power remained. The choirs kept singing, flashlights were found to shine on the singing teenagers as they sang their entire repertoire without musical accompaniment.
Midway through the concert, the director asked the congregation to join in and sing along. It was goosebumps time as God's name was lifted high in that darkened Church. "Halleluyah" never seemed so heavenly. Before the concert, everyone had worked hard to make sure everything go well. But the best thing that happen was for the power to go out, as a result, God's power was highlighted. God's light, not electric light, shone through, Jesus was praised.

Sometimes our plans break down and our effort fall short. When things happen that we can't control, we must "keep on travelling." And remember where the real power for godly living and true praise comes from. When our efforts falter, we to keep praising and lifting up Jesus. Its all about Him anyway.

Keep your eyes in Jesus the Author and finisher of your faith

TOPIC: COMMANDING EXPLOITS BY INSPIRATION

TEXT: “But there is a spirit in man: and the inspiration of the Almighty giveth them understanding” (Job 32:8).

God given inspiration is the creative force at work within a person for exploits. Inspiration can be described as the action or power of moving the intellect or emotion to get result in particular field of endevour. There are certain people in the world we label as either creative or artistic.

 Then there are others who are always quick to say they are neither of those things. What we need to know is that no matter whom we are, all creativity comes from the Lord. He can put in each of us our own version of creativity. Of course, we all have unique and natural talents that we can study to develop, but it’s the Lord who adds to and inspires them. Job 32:8 says it is God who inspires and teaches us how to do things. We need to expect inspiration from the Lord in everything we do. The dimension of divine creativity can cause ordinary people to accomplish extraordinary things. It can cause you to come up with ideas on the job that no one considered. It may help you prosper in your own business or add interest to relationships, family activities, or hobbies.

So, if you don’t think of yourself as very creative, change your perception of yourself today. Begin to ask the Lord to bring out the creative side that He has given you. Of course, that doesn’t mean you need to go sign up for a painting class! Nevertheless, look for God to inspire you in everyday business and see how His Spirit can use you to be a witness to other people. Get ready, because the Holy Spirit is giving you creativity and inspiration today.

 ACTION PLAN FOR TODAY

*It’s important that we have a course of action at hand then take time each day particularly in the morning to think deeply on how best to get the desired results. Never let it go until the solution has come to you.

TOPIC:  COMMANDING EXPLOITS THROUGH PRAISE

TEXT:  "Let them praise his name in the dance… " (Psalms 149:3).

 

Nothing positions you for exploits like praise. Whenever praises go up, divine interventions come down.

One thing Satan hates most is when we praise God during the attacks he is trying so hard to impose. Nothing feels worse to a would-be attacker than a strategic plan foiled. You can almost picture it—the devil calculates what he is sure will rip the rug out from under you. Right when he is about to do his own version of the victory dance, you start dancing to God! You can almost hear him squeal, “What? How can you be dancing? You are supposed to be crying!” This is just about the biggest mockery in the halls of hell. Psalm 149:3 tell us to dance to the Lord, while verse 7 gives the results of it. It says, “To execute vengeance upon the heathen.” Now, we

don’t wrestle against people—we wage warfare with evil spirits. Our dance executes revenge upon demons. Right when they expected victory, you got immediate revenge because they couldn’t get you down! The devil knows more than anyone that if he can get you down, your potential to get frustrated with God goes up exponentially. However, he also knows if you praise when it would be easy to feel down, then

Jehovah God gets involved! This is why we don’t just dance when things are going great. Dancing and singing to the Lord liberates you, and positions you for exploits. Go ahead; dance a little more today and watch the devil lose a foothold over you

ACTION PLAN FOR TODAY
Offer unto God the sacrifice of thanksgiving celebration today and watch Him intervene for you like never before.

TOPIC: HELP AT FOUR LEVELS

TEXT: "I bow my knees to the Father...that He would grant you...to be strengthened with might through His Spirit"(Ephesians 3: 14, 16)

God cares about everything we care about. Every little detail of our life is of concern to Him.
Jesus died in the cross to meet this four cardinal needs of your life.
The scriptures illustrates God's care in each of this areas:

1) Spiritual: Jesus prayed for His disciples: "Sanctify them by your truth?(John 17:17). Truth lead to spiritual understanding, eliminating confusion.

2) Physical: Peter had physical need--Released from prison. His friends prayed--and he got out(Acts 12:1-11). In God's care we find security, provision and rest.(Psalm 16:9)

3)Emotional: Often the psalmist asked God for relief from distress(PS 4:1; 18:6; 107:6-7). God brings hope and helps us to manage our pressures.

4) Mental: insight and wisdom are promised to those who cry out to God(Pro. 2:3-6; James 1:5-7). Through prayer and reading of His word, peace of God can be found.

Are you struggling? Ask God for spiritual, physical, emotional and mental assistance.

Ask for the help of God today as you go into this day and trust Him to locate you with divine assistance.

TOPIC: OVERCOMING INTERNAL BATTLES

TEXT: "I...have poured out my soul before the LORD" ( 1 Samuel 1:15)

Satan loves to distract us with critism, and he tries to get us to use it on others as well as ourselves. We judge prematurely and try to correct others before we know what they are saying. That's what Eli the priest did when Hannah was crying out to God. He interrupted her prayer and accused her of being drunk (1Samuel 1:12-14).
But God let us pour out our hearts to Him in full honesty (Psalm 62:8). The book of Psalms is full of the story and the prayers of a man that's fighting both internal and external battles. Regardless of what David went through he always knew what to do to overcome such battles--Pouring his soul to the Lord in prayers. In fact, the Psalms indicate that it is when David expressed his doubts and fears that God resolves them. Many psalms that begin in despair end in praise (22:42; 60;69;73).
When a battle is raging inside, pour out your soul before the Lord (1 Samuel 1:15). He can make sense of what seems senseless.
Pouring out your soul to God might not make God see things as we see them but instead it makes us see things the way God sees them.

ACTION PLAN FOR TODAY
Hand over your life struggles to God in prayer and leave them with Him. He knows how best to resolve them.

WORD CONFESSION FOR TODAY
I am an evidence that Jesus Christ is alive and at work. Today I declare. I cast my cares, worries and fears on the Lord, so I declare I am free from cares and concerns and I enjoy the good life provided for me in Christ Jesus.  Amen!

TOPIC: COMMANDING SUPERNATURAL RESULTS

TEXT: “And they went forth, and preached everywhere, the Lord working with them, and confirming the word with signs following” (Mark 16:20).

The preaching of the gospel is heaven’s pass for us to manifest His power on earth.
Jesus didn’t send us out into the world to live an ordinary powerless life.

When Jesus came to the earth to preaching the Kingdom, signs and wonders followed Him to confirm for those who heard Him that He was anointed and sent from God. Matthew 4:23 says, “And Jesus went about…preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing all manner of sickness and all manner of disease among the people.” When He preached the Word, signs followed Him. Then when He sent forth His apostles to preach in Matthew 10:1, He gave them power to cast out demons and heal sickness. After Pentecost, the early apostles continued to preach, and signs and wonders followed the preaching of the Word. That same mandate has not ended, and we need signs to follow the preaching of the Word more than ever.
We need to expect signs and wonders to follow our lives as we share the Gospel with people we meet. God does not expect us to present a powerless Gospel that doesn’t promise any tangible results. We all meet people on a regular basis who need real miracles. We need to feel confident to tell them that God heals and delivers and can do the miraculous in their lives. Know that God will confirm your word with strange signs and wonders today!

TOPIC: DOING EXPLOITS BY GOD'S  WORD

TEXT:  “So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it (Isaiah 55:11).

God's word is a significant  tool for explits in any feild of endeavor.
God is constantly speaking and it’s always target specific and when He speaks, it’s the final authority on any matter. We have to take hold of that like we really mean it because circumstances will constantly try to be in opposition to God’s Word.   Sickness will try to arise when God’s Word promises healing. Poverty and lack will try to settle in when God promises abundance. Rejection and fear will try to overtake God’s promises of acceptance and faith. Often, negative circumstance will try to speak to your mind and can be unrelenting! Therefore, we need to keep God’s Word fresh in our hearts. Instead of just quoting a Scripture you have memorized, open your Bible and get that word deep into your heart afresh. Read it to yourself and read it aloud. Say it over and over and “chew on it” in your mind. Think about what it means to you and thank God that it’s true. If you keep staying with it, eventually that Word will drop into your heart in the form of faith and it will overtake your circumstances. God’s word has been sent to prosper you and bring you into exploits in any field of endeavor.  His Word will never fail and will accomplish what He sent it to do! So recieve it the word, believe it, act on it and your exploits Wil be guaranteed!

Living life to the fullest is qualitatively different than merely existing. People travel great distances and spend huge amount of money trying to find happiness and enjoy life. There is a sign over the entrance of Disneyland that reads "Welcome to the happiest place on earth". I wonder if one truly find fulfilments in such places.  True fulfilment is found only in Christ Jesus. In fact, Jesus said that one of His mission was to enable us live life to the fullest. "I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it abundantly"(John 10:10). He came so that we could experience life to the full--not according to the standards of a fallen world, but life as it intended to be. It is life according to the designs and desires of the creator of life.
By coming to provide forgiveness for rebellious, broken people, Jesus has made it possible for us to live a life of joy and hope in the world of despair.

ACTION PLAN FOR TODAY
Stay connected to Jesus so as to continually enjoy the fullness of the life God has provided through Him.

TOPIC: DONT FORGET GOD

TEXT:  "He who received seed on good ground is he who hears the word and understand it, who indeed bears fruit." (Matthew 13:23)

Jesus told the story of a sower, a seed and four kinds of soil(Matthew 13:1-9). He mentioned the following kinds of hearts: The heart by the wayside, the stony heart, the heart of thorns and the then the good heart. The heart among the thorns represented those who permit the word of God in their hearts to be choked by the cares and pleasures of the alluring world(v:7,22).
The dangerous possibilities for anyone who thoughtlessly respond to God's word. The world may induce a forgetfulness of spiritual reality and responsibility.
Do we allow the attractions of this world to keep us from reading and meditating on God's word? Prayerfully let's us strive to be like the one who "hears the world, and understands it, who indeed bears fruit and produces".
As the sun has risen today, and we are preparing for today's activities let it not be said we have forgotten God. Join other believers to worship the Lord today in a local assembly and give heed to whatever instructions the Lord will have you obey.

TOPIC:  BUILDING A GREAT NATION

TEXT:  "They stood and confessed their sins" (Nehemiah 9:2 NCV).

Upon hearing that Jerusalem lay in ruins, Nehemiah prayed ' I confess the sins we Israelite have done against you' (Nehemiah 1:6). 

The most powerful man in the country is saying that before they rebuild, they must repent. Meaning they must lay the right foundation, knowing that righteousness exalts a nation...and sin is reproach to any people. Nehemiah knew that they cannot build on the spiritual foundation of sin laid by their fore fathers, he knew if the nation must experience a rebirth and a renewal, they must change the way things have been so they change their final outcome. The key then is to repent before God. What a picture! Multitudes spending hours in prayer before God not making excuses or requests but making confessions. Can you imagine the leaders of government, industry, law, entertainment and education doing that? Could it happen? Yes it can if it begins with us. 'If my people who are called by my name will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then...I will heal their land (2Chro. 7:14). The nation changes when God's people change. We are vocal when it comes to what's wrong with the country, but silent when it comes to what's wrong with us. Forgetting that a nation cannot be greater than the quality of the people within it. Many are like the man in a prayer meeting, who prayed ' God I thank you that this country has people like me. The man in corner needs welfare, I don’t. The prostitute in the street has AIDS, I don't. The drunkard over there needs alcohol, I don't. Next to him was a broken man who humbly whispers, ' Lord like my brother on welfare, I am dependent on your grace. Like my sister with AIDS, I am infected with mistakes. Like my friend who needs a drink, I need something to ease my pain. Have mercy on me a sinner'. After telling a story like that Jesus said, ' I tell you that this man, rather than the other, went home justified before God' (Luk 18:14NIV). Arrogance points at others. Humility points at self and acknowledges that change, revival and building a virile nation must come and it must first begin in me.

TOPIC: FREEDOM FROM STRUGGLES

TEXT:   "We are made for...the once for all sacrifice of Jesus ' (Hebrews 10:10)

Some of the greatest battles fought in the history of the world is the battle for socio- economic and political freedoms of nationhood. These struggles can sometimes be hard and painful.

 But the battle for us to be free spiritually was won once and for all by Jesus Christ on the cross of Calvary and grace has been released for us to live the life we’ve always wanted in Christ Jesus. Therefore it’s not what we do but what He did that gives us a standing before the Lord. Though rigid adherence to a list of do's and don'ts appeals to our religious sense and self-sufficiency by fostering the myth that if we work hard enough we can earn God's favor. That's fear based thinking, and '...God has not given us the spirit of fear...'(2Timothy1:7). There is no fear is love. Fear has to do with punishment. (1 John 4:13). Legalism or the gospel of works is the fear that God isn't big enough to forgive your sins, that unless you do the right thing in the right way at the right time and do it perfectly, and then you are in trouble. When we fear making mistakes we become timid, and limit ourselves from living abundantly. We let analysis permeate our decisions as we lead quiet, desperate, anti-faith lives, afraid to move with the bold confidence that grace gives us to walk in certainty, unafraid of rejection. Speaking against work based religion, Martin Luther said, 'be a sinner and let your sins be strong but let your trust in Christ be stronger...rejoice in Christ...the victor over sin'. Is Luther advocating for us to continue in sin so that 'grace may abound' No! He wasn't excusing sin! He was restoring grace to its rightful place, affirming that nothing can separate us from God's love (Roman8:38-39). He wasn't downgrading the law, he was upgrading grace. Grace means talking to God and listening for His voice when it’s easier to just consult the rule books. The truth is when Jesus entered heaven to appear before God on our behalf, He freed us to have a relationship with Him without fear of sin separating us.

TOPIC:  POSITIONING FOR WEALTH THROUGH RIGHTEOUSNESS

TEXT: "Wealth and riches shall be in his house: and  his
righteousness endureth for ever" (Psalms 112:3).

Through the Bible, we find that living in
righteousness and financial blessings go
together. When Abraham committed to God by faith, God promised financial blessing (see Gen. 15:1 AMP). Deuteronomy 28:1-15 lists blessings
for those who are committed to righteous living.
Perhaps you’re wondering if you have made too many mistakes to qualify, but never forget that our righteousness is through Him. We can’t ever do enough good deeds for God to view us as righteous. We have to rely on the blood of Jesus and His righteousness (see 2 Cor. 5:21). However, our job is to press into a lifestyle of “right living” so we can remain under the canopy of His righteousness and grace (see Heb.
10:26-27; 12:15; Rom 6:1-2). To do this we are to follow the lifestyle parameters seen throughout the New Testament. While this doesn’t earn our righteousness, it reflects that
God’s righteous grace is truly written upon the tables of our heart (see 2 Cor. 3:3). Then, when we do make mistakes, through repentance Jesus’ blood and provision of grace covers us (see 1
John 1:9). Through God’s grace, you are a candidate for financial prosperity! Expect wealth to come to your house and that your financial needs will be covered because God has made you righteous!

TOPIC:  BREAK FREE INTO YOUR FURURE (Part 2)

 TEXT: “…Speak unto the children of Israel that they go forward” (Exodus 14:15kjv)

Experiencing multiple fulfilments  is a choice that must be made by no one else but you. God has ordained a glorious destiny for us but we must make conscious choice and effort to embrace that that destiny. The choice to be all that God wants you to be is also a choice never to remain whom you have always being. It was a difficult choice for the Israel, though they left Egypt but they couldn’t break away from their past so as to embrace their future. In the second part of this series I will show you the last five things you must break away from so as to fulfill our God given destiny:

6) Break away from negative perception about life: The way we see life many times hinders our destiny journey. Such perceptions like thinking that life is meant to be fair. Some accepts life challenges as fate of destiny. Negative mentality is the chief reason for destiny paralysis.

7) Break free from assumptions and self-doubts: Assumption is the mother of frustration. To assume something will never work before trying is a one way ticket to nowhere land. The children of Israel were already talking about dying at the red sea when God’s Promised Land was waiting for them (Exo.14:12).

8) Break free from blaming others for where you are: the Israelites couldn’t stop blaming Moses for bringing them to that point. That should sounds very familiar to pastors who get blamed for that that is happening and not happening in life of their member. To move forward you must take your eyes off who has done what to you unto God and where He is taking you.

9) Break free from operating on other people’s timeline: What God has done for others He can and will do for you but in His own time, and regardless of how old you think you are; for instance, Barack Obama finished his career as the president of the U.S.A when he turned 55 years while Donald Trump stepped into that same office when he turned 70 years old. Don’t look at others to determine your life journey. God can still do something great with you.

10) Break free from making excuses: Many people have excused from destiny fulfillment because they make too many excuses. They always have a reason why something can’t be done. Like the lazy man who refuses to go to his field because he is always seeing lions outside (see Pro.22:13). The day stop making excuses is the day we begin to live the life that God has truly called us to live.

ACTION PLAN FOR TODAY

Bishop David once said “we all hear the same thing but we don’t do the same thing”. Please let engage in the practice of the above so our profiting may appear unto all

TEXT: Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time (1 Peter 5:6).

Biblical humily can be defined as submission and deference to God’s will in all things. Meaning you accept whom God says you are and you are ready to follow His will regardless of the circumstances. And the lower you are willing to bow to God’s will the higher He takes you in life.
On the other hand the world teaches you to scramble as hard as you can to make it to the top. Of course, there is nothing wrong with hard work, but our goals should never be to try and gain a big name for ourselves so we can enjoy the praise of man. God does exalt people, but His way of doing so does not come through our own human efforts; it comes because we choose humility. I remember years ago when we were first starting in the ministry, someone gave us a prophecy that said, “I am see a liffting coming your way but you have a lot of bowjng down to do" Well, that wasn’t the most exciting word we ever received, and we wondered just what kind of bowing down the Lord was really expecting! Well, in the years to follow, we definitely experienced our fair share of humble pie. But I look back on all those years and realize that I couldn’t stand in ministry today without those humbling experiences.

You see, God has a place of honor for you today. It may not look like that of anyone else, but He has a plan to bless and exalt you nevertheless. Your choices to humble yourself will pay off eventually, and God will exalt you for His purposes in due time!

TOPIC:  COMMANDING THE YEAR (Part 5) - THE FORCE OF FAITH

TEXT: …If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you (Matthew 17:20).

Faith is the arm with you take what God has promised you.
There are divine possibilities coming toward you and going pass you everyday, your ability to log in with your faith is what delivers it into your life. Though you might need to start small but as you grow in faith  a lot more becomes possible unto you.

In Matthew 17:14-21, the disciples tried to cast out a demon but couldn't. They had the power because Jesus had already given it to them (see Matt. 10:1). Knowing this, the disciples were dumbfounded about why it wouldn’t work. Jesus explained that even though they had the power, unbelief was preventing it. This is where many believers live. They know they have power and the promise but struggle to produce miraculous results.
Jesus gives the key in Matthew 17:20, saying, “If you have faith as a grain of mustard.” Jesus wasn't telling them that if you have tiny faith like a mustard seed that is all you need. This doesn't make sense because He already told them that they had unbelief, which the Amplified Bible refers to as “the littleness of your faith.” Jesus wouldn't tell them their faith was too little, then say they only needed a tiny bit of faith. He was saying that while a grain begins small, the miracle is not in its size but in its growth potential. The disciples needed to take that tiny bit of faith and grow it for that kind of miracle.

You can take your tiny seed of faith today and grow it by nurturing it and watering it with promises of faith from God’s Word. When you do, it will grow up, before you know it you will have grown a miracle and  you are positioned to command the year and take delivery of all that God promised you.

TEXT:   "How good when people live together in unity" (psalm 133;1)

Partneship happens when two more people come together with the soul objective of achieving a given objective.  It's when the whole is greater than its parts. And creating positive  partnership is not just having the right people but having quality people at the right  place, at the right time, focusing on the right goal.

The LORD  will bring people on board your prophetic journey to work with you to fullfil all that He has planned every day of this year. You have got to develop others first mentality if you must make the best of the quality people the Lord is bringing into your life.
 I read that after world war II Chester Nimtz, Chief of US Naval operations wanted to keep alive public interest in naval aviation. As a result The Blue Angels Naval Flight Demonstrations Squadron was created and performed its first operation in one year. To this day the team has clear objectives. They select only qualified candidates who consistently operate at peak performance. After been carefully screened, pilot must receive sixteen votes from the existing members. If one votes no, the candidate is out of the race. No reason or explanation required, that's the level of trust and respect the members have for one another's judgment. As a blue Angel, your team becomes your family. And when a new member is enlisted, you entrust him with your life. Making by the squad isn't the most important thing either. You are responsible for playing your part, demonstrating your value and pursuing excellence on daily basis. Nothing short of total commitment is accepted. Being a team player can be challenging but it can also be most rewarding in term of results and fulfillment. Are you a soul trader or team player? Are you loyal and reliable? When the chips are down, can others rely on you to put their interest ahead of your own?

TOPIC: COMMANDING THE YEAR ( PART 3 ) - THE FORCE OF COURAGE

TEXT: "Be strong and of good courage,  fear not, nor be afraid of them; For the LORD thy God, He it is that doth go with thee; He will not fail thee nor forsake thee"(Deut.31:6)

It takes a heart of courage to walk with God and accomplish great things in His name. And courage is the mental fortitude to take the required action regardless of the circumstances or sotuation.
When God sent Joshua to divide the land to the twelve tribes of Israel, He told him that courage is a capital requiment to take the promise land. Courage is not a gift, it's an ability that is consciously developed.  Are you feeling frightened by something God has asked you to do? The truth is this everyone that the LORD  has sent to do something significant also was frightened but they acted, and made the move regardless of how daunting the task is. The greatest enemy of courage is inferiority mentality. Its the feeling and a sense of inadequacy that comes when you are faced with a challenging situation.  And inferiority is the mother of fear and timidity and fear paralyzes your creativity and arrest your potentials. In Numbers 23:25-33 Moses sent out twelve spies to view the land ten of them came back with bad reports of how they will not be able to take the land and that they looked like grasshoppers before the Giants in the land but two people (Joshua and Caleb )  had different mind sets. While the rest died in the wilderness only Joshua and Caleb went to take the promise land. Your perception determines your destiny possibilities.  Mentality is what determines detiny.(see Pro 23:7). To develop the attitude of courage you need to know that GOD has sent you, He is behind you, He will never fail you, so you are well able to make your destiny happen this year because we serve a God who is more than able. A wise man said the antelope that has the backing of a lion will confront and elephant. Its time for you to confront and conquer!

TOPIC : COMMANDING THE YEAR ( Part 2) - DIVINE STRATEGY

TEXT: "And ye shall compass the city...and the priest shall blow with the trumpets...and all the people shall shout with a great shout"( Joshua 6:3, 4, 5).

In this second part we shall be looking at the DIVINE  STRATEGY as a to for taking delivery of all that you have been promised in the year.
According to Webster Dictionary,  a strategy is a plan of action designed to achieve a long term or overall aim. Simply put a strategy is plan of action, it's something you do about something you want. However I will define divine strategy as 'God's simple solutions to life difficult situations. God is a master strategist, and His strategy if followed will deliver the desired results regardless of the circumstances. In our text the nation Isreal in thier quest to take delivery of the promised land came to Jericho and on getting thier it closed up, no way in or out. So God gave Joshua a strategy by asking them to blow trumpets every day for six days    and also shout on the seventh day. In modern day warfaring ,  the element of surprise is key to disarming  your enemies and winning the battle. But instead God asked them to announce thier arrival by blowing the trumpet, It didn't make sense, (often God doesn't ) trumpets and shouts don't  break thick wall bulldozers do. All the same they did it and the wall of Jericho came tumbling down. Every opposition contesting your position can also give way , and you can take your promised land this year if you let God give you a workable, failure proof plan of action. He that created the seas has also made a way in the seas. He that created and set up this year knows how you can get the best from it. Let Him guide and lead you today.

Be sensitive in the spirit to the voice or the signal of the Holy Spirit.

TOPIC : COMMANDING THE YEAR (part  1)

TEXT: "Blessed be the  Lord who daily loadeth with benefits, even the God of our salvation " (Psalm 68: 11)

God has loaded this year with His goodness,  mercy and blessing for you. Every day of this year is pregnant and under a divine mandate and pressure to release the best of all that The Lord has to offer. But we have the responsibility to take delivery of what God has made possible unto us. If we must command the year to deliver all that God has promised us, we need to STAY CONNECTED Him - The source of life and all the good things of life ( see James 1:17). Your connection to God is what will determine your collections from Him. Remember a river that despises it's source will run dry. How do stay connected so as to we guarantee unending supplies this year?  (1)Stay connected to God in unconditional loving relationship. God's love provokes the release of God's best gifts (see John 3:16)

(2) Stay connected to God in service with all your heart. Until you are useful to God you can't be fruitful in life. Get involved in the service of God in the local church and watch Him bless every area of your life (see Exodus 23: 25).

(3 ) Stay connected to God in instant and dedicated obedience. Obedience is the pathway to prosperity(see Job 36:11). Don't negotiate your bkessing away. Over analysis is the reason for destiny paralysis, whatever He tells you to do, do it (see John 2:5). Whenever you obey Him you create a season of God ordering your steps into all He has laid up for you in the new year.  So stay connected!

TOPIC: LIFE'S GREATEST DISCOVERY

TEXT: "I know where I came from and where I am going"(John 8:14AMP)

One of life's greatest discoveries is the discovery of who you are in Christ. And unless you understand who you are before God, Satan will sentence you to a life of worthlessness, fear and manipulation. Identifying someone means having the ability to recognise and say exactly who they are; so when you identify with what people say you are versus what God says, you are setting yourself up for problems. Jesus identified with God's opinion. "I know where I came from and where I am going'. People said terrible things about Jesus, yet the Bible says, 'The stone...the builders rejected has become the cornerstone' (Psalm 118:22). Sometimes we are so busy telling people what to do, that we neglect to tell them who they are. Knowing who you are in Christ gives you the confidence to hold your head high! Paul says 'in Christ you have been made complete'(Colosian 2:10). 'Complete!' That means you lack nothing! Once you accept that, you stop feeling constantly fall short. When you have money in the bank, and you need to withdraw it, you dont feel pressured to. That's because you know its there with your name on it, right? You dont have to struggle to be right with people when you know you are right with God. He loves you and has plan for you; never lose sight of that! Instead of focusing on people, begin looking to 'Jesus, the Author and finisher of your faith'(Heb12:2), because you have His approval! And before Him you are worth a whole lot.

Constantly look at yourself in the mirror of God's word and believe everything you see

TOPIC:  GOD'S  AGENT OF  GLORY

TEXT: "And I will give you pastors according to mine
heart, which shall feed you with knowledge and
understanding" (Jeremiah 3:15).

The prophet Jeremiah spoke of a wave of
leaders coming who would have God’s heart. He follows up in Jeremiah 3:16 by talking about a season of multiplication and increase. The rise
of quality leaders in the church always connects us to increase, multiplication,  fulfilment  and revival. Without them, God’s people get off course. We see this in Judges 5:6-7. The Bible says that it was time when the people were experiencing
decrease and apparent recession. They got off
the main road, which is a picture of people who are off course. Yet Deborah rises up, declaring that these things happened until she arose as a leader in Israel. When she took her God-given place, the people got back on track and their depressed conditions ceased. God is looking to send a fresh wave of revival, and it will take godly and anointed leaders to help facilitate it and keep it on course. Pray for godly leaders to arise. Ask God to anoint and appoint His vessels who shall have the character and stamina to lead God’s people. It’s time for a new wave of glory.

ACTION PLAN FOR TODAY
Today take time to pray for the spiritual leaders that God has set over you

WORD CONFESSION
I am an evidence that Jesus Christ is alive and at work.
This day I connect to the anointing on your servants. So I begin to walk in a new wave of glory, I connect to the fire of the Holy Spirit for revival in Jesus name.

PRAYER POINTS
*Father thank you for your faithfulness and  loving kindness for this new day.

*Father God, thank you for your agent of glory for my life and destiny in Jesus name

*Father God,  I am hungry for a fresh wave of glory among Your people. I desire to see revival, so I pray for Your leaders and ministers

Father God, Protect your servants and anoint them for the call You have placed
on their lives in Jesus name

*Father God, uphold thier families and provide for thier needs according to your riches in glory in Jesus name
