Topic: Healings in His Wings

Text: "But unto you that fear my name shall the Sun of
righteousness arise with healing in his wings…"
(Malachi 4:2).

In Malachi 4:2, the word healing in the Hebrew
means medicine or cure. The verse is telling us
that for those who love the Lord, there is
medicine available from the Sun of
Righteousness. This of course is talking about
Jesus, but likens Him to the natural sun.
Because Jesus is likened to the sun here, some
translations swap the word wings for rays as in
the rays of the sun. Wings literally means
extremities. Likening Jesus to the sun, His “rays”
are spreading healing or medicine as far as one
can imagine. Think of when you stand in the sun
and the rays cover every part of you. They
envelop you, penetrate your skin, and their
warmth is infused into your being. Just the
same, Jesus’ healing medicine is permeating
every fiber of your being the way natural
medicine from an IV goes through your system.
Think of the Lord’s healing power as medicine
that is going through your entire system right
now touching every organ, the bones, the blood,
the immune system, and all your extremities.
Every cell, every fiber is being touched by
medicine from Jesus, the Sun of Righteousness.
Do you know why it is available for you? Because
you fear His name; because you love and believe
in Him.
If you need any form of healing, just see Jesus
infusing you with divine medicine that is going
through your body causing a cure today.

PRAYER
Lord, I thank You that healing medicine is being
infused into me today. That medicine is
permeating every part of me, canceling all forms
of infirmity, sickness, and disease. Jesus, You are
my cure. Amen.
