TOPIC: EXCELLING IN LIFE BY GOOD THINKING

TEXT:    "The wisdom of the prudent is to give thought to their ways" (Proverbs 14:8)

A man's life flows in the direction of his most dominant thoughts. Whatever is dominating your thoughts will eventually dominate your life. 



In his book titled As a Man Thinketh, James Allen says, 'All that man achieves or fail to achieve, is a direct result of his thoughts.' Therefore, it’s important to place premium on good thinking. You need to make it a life priority. Success doesn't come by accident; you don’t stumble into it and then figure it out afterwards. Whether you are a minister, a teacher or a business man, a parent or whatever, your level of success will increase dramatically if you place a high value on good thinking. The better your thinking, the better your prospect in life. Therefore, a small man is made up of small thoughts and vice-versa.

Those that don’t develop the habit of good thinking usually find themselves at the mercy of circumstances or other people's thoughts. They are unable to solve problems. They found themselves facing the same problems over and over. And because they don’t think ahead they are habitually in reaction mode.

Ponder these words: 'Capital isn't so important. Experience isn't either. You can get both of these things. What's important is ideas. If you have good ideas, you have the main asset you need for success in life and there isn't any limit to what you can do. Solomon writes 'As he thinketh in his heart so is he (Pro 23:7). Many are not moving forward because their thoughts are anchored in the past. Its time pull up your anchor and set your sail forward in your mind. Where God is taking you is greater and better than where you've ever been.

WORD CONFESSION

I am an evidence that Jesus Christ is alive and at work. I declare today that my mind is dominated by excellent thoughts. Divine ideas for unprecedented results is flowing into my mind now in Jesus name

*Every arrow targeted at me to make costly professional mistakes today, backfire now in Jesus name

* I reject every demonic and satanic manipulation of my mind in Jesus name

*Lord thank you for making today a great and most successful day for me in Jesus name
